Shipping Information:

• Hey Dolls, Please make sure shipping addresses are accurate once order is shipped out we can no longer make changes to the order.
• ALL orders are shipped out usps.

Return Policy:

Glam Dolls Does not except RETURNS exchanges are sometimes exceptional 

LOCAL PICK UP RULES & POLICY! 
After one week if order(s) are not picked up $25 will be taken out for items being held and having to go through a restocking process. Remaining balance will be returned to card used. 

when doing in store pick up please use your REAL first and last name on order that appears on I.D. —I.D. and signature will need to be presented for pick up orders. 

when pick up orders are ready you will receive notification email or phone number.
